Liverpool are now being linked with PSV Eindhoven playmaker Kevin Strootman.
The 21-year-old Dutch playmaker has been playing very well for his club and as a result is now already a full Dutch international. It is being reported that Steve Clarke and Kevin Kenn scouted Strootman last week when Holland took on Germany.
PSV would be reluctant to sell Strootman as he is one of their stars but it is thought that they would find it hard to turn down a €10million offer.
